| Was a little confused when I first received this product. It actually came from Pro Therapy Supplies, not LG Med Supply, and is called a Twin Stim Plus Digital TENS/EMS manufactured for Koalaty Products. After a phone call to Pro Therapy and an explanation by a nice person who answered the phone I was satisfied that what I received was what I ordered. It appears that Koalaty Products makes the unit and then supply companies give it their own stock numbers and names. Even the instruction manuals have a place for a distributor to put their own name on it, making one think that is who the unit comes from. Anyway, the unit is working well on my son, who has Down Syndrome, and who recently had spinal surgery for a compressed spinal cord. The physical therapist recommended this to help stimulate the nerves/muscles and hopefully speed up his recovery. I will say that it appears to make him more comfortable and has helped to lessen the severity and frequency of muscle spasms. He actually asks to have it put on. Even though I don't have any personal experience with this, I would recommend it based on my observations of my son's improved comfort level. |

| I am very pleased with this unit and it should last a long time! It is BETTER than going to the chiropractor for 10 minutes of stimulation for the money they bill your insurance not to mention the drive there and time away from home. You can hook this up and work around the house for hours or just lay there on a heating pad. Be sure to look up the proper positioning of the electrodes on the Internet. This unit will crank up as high as you would want and I chose it because it has an A/C adapter and batteries. A month later and the battery mode still works the same as A/C mode without changing the batteries. You could buy rechargeables for the other units but this was inexpensive and the seller had great service! |

I am a doctor of Physical Therapy. I do TENS therapy using more professional TENS/EMS machine everyday on my patients. I have to try any machine or device on myself first before I try it on my patients. After using this machine on myself I found out that (it feels and it works as good as the professional ones that I have in my offices, the same ones that cost me few thousand dollars). I like it and I recommended. My advice to everyone who wants to buy this machine, contact your Physical therapist first and ask him about the frequency, wave length and intensity adjustment first before you apply it on yourself. Do not forget to ask the therapist about the electrodes placement also in order to get better result.
It is a good machine if you know how to use it, when to use it and where to use it. |

I've used 5 different TENS units before, and this is by far the best E-stim you can get.
Easy to use, batteries last for ever, easy to use. My favorite part, is that the buttons are under the door, on the front of the unit, and not at the top. So you can close the door, and put it in your pocket, and go on with your day, without accendently cranking it way up, or way down.
0-99 power, can change the width from 0-300 (depth) and 0 - 5 hz (how fast it pulsates)
You can also set a timer for it will auto turn itself off. |

| This product was exactly as advertised and the entire transaction was done quickly and to my complete satisfaction. I have used the muscle stimulator and tens unit to relieve pain in my shoulders and knees, and it works very well. It is similar to the units used when I was going through physical therapy, and just as effective. |
